Championing Confidence

Lindsay Bright has been in the medical aesthetics industry for 10 years. “I’ve spent the past three years as a nurse practitioner,” she shares. “In this role, I strive to give my patients a natural look – something that helps them look and feel their best. I do whatever it takes to make sure my patients are satisfied.” At Associates in Plastic Surgery, Bright’s days consist of everything from consulting with patients to performing injections, assisting with surgery, and caring for patients’ perioperative needs. In other words, no two days look exactly alike. “It’s why I love what I do, coupled with getting to know my patients on a personal level,” Bright says. “It’s important that I understand where they are at this moment in their life. That’s how we’ll get the best results.”

1. What is one of your happiest professional moments?

Any time I’m able to help my patients reach their highest level of confidence, whether it be through injectables or providing treatment with skin screenings.

2. What is your best advice for patients?

You are never too old or too young to feel good about yourself. I will meet you wherever you are in life and help you achieve the confidence you want.

3. What would you consider to be your main strengths?

My ability to connect with my patients, along with my willingness to constantly learn and adapt to an ever-changing industry.

4. What’s the key to making a great first impression?

Eye contact and engaging with the patient. When a patient is in my chair, it is all about them and their needs.

5. What influenced you to pursue your career?

My husband. I always knew I wanted to further my career (I was a registered nurse for 14 years before becoming a nurse practitioner), and he was the one to encourage me to pursue my dreams. I wouldn’t be here without him.
